Avril is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 20 years of nutrition coaching experience including medical nutrition therapy for both adult and pediatric patients regarding weight management, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic syndrome, heart disease and kidney disease, as well as individualized nutrition counseling for disease prevention, stress management, optimal wellness and performance. Her passion for improving the lives of her clients provides her with a sincere ability to listen to her clients’ needs while offering them goal-oriented, personalized guidance. Additionally, as an avid fitness enthusiast and with a background in personal training, Avril can combine her skills to provide comprehensive wellness and weight loss programs.
Avril is originally from Newark, Delaware and currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her hobbies include running, biking, cooking and traveling.

Kaitie Yeoman is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator who counsels groups and individuals to make meaningful behavior change to prevent or manage chronic health conditions like diabetes, insulin resistance, overweight/obesity, cancer, hypertension, and high cholesterol.
We are delighted to have Kaitie as part of our team in our Cary location. She is passionate about people and nutrition and helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Her clinical training in diabetes education is an asset to our organization.
Kaitie believes in a holistic approach and nutrition as a part of greater lifestyle change to maintain good health. Kaitie has worked for years as a corporate health and wellness coach with a focus on chronic disease management and prevention, weight management, stress management, and tobacco cessation. She has also worked with oncology patients and cancer survivors on food literacy and cooking skills, as well as managing good nutrition despite side effects following treatment.
Kaitie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and completed her Dietetic Internship and graduate-level coursework in Clinical Nutrition at Saint Louis University. Kaitie is originally from North Mississippi and now resides in Durham. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, cooking, exploring grocery stores, and trying new restaurants and museums around the Triangle.
Peggy is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 15 years of experience in nutrition and dietetics and a passion to increase awareness of living a healthier life with all her patients. Peggy is located at our Cary location.
Peggy enjoys working with both individuals and groups to discover new ways to meet their goals, on topics including heart disease, diabetes, reducing inflammation, or uncovering the mysteries of the food label and the grocery store. Peggy is determined to show others how easy it can be to incorporate whole foods in the processed environment in which we live. She enjoys cooking and often tries new recipes, despite her own busy schedule. She knows first hand how challenging meal planning and meal preparation can be, and is well equipped to help her patients manage their food choices in our modern-day food environment. Peggy has worked closely with people with diabetes; she is committed and compassionate about helping people cope with this chronic disease and learn the tools they need to help themselves.
Peggy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food and Nutrition at Southern Illinois University. She worked in catering sales and management before completing her Dietetic Internship at VCU Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. Peggy is originally from Cleveland, Ohio area and currently resides in Clayton, NC. Her hobbies include cooking healthy foods and exploring new recipes, walking outdoors, going to the beach, spending time with friends, and keeping up with her two growing sons
Lisa is passionate about helping her patients navigate nutrition information and sort through the confusion created by the ever-changing landscape of nutrition science. She helps her clients get back to basics, and achieve their definition of health and wellness through an evidence-based, individualized approach at our Cary location.
Lisa has had experience working in the areas of sports nutrition, bariatric surgery, and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. She has also worked extensively with the elderly. Within these areas, she has helped patients manage or prevent chronic conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, obesity and neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia.
As a life-long athlete, Lisa is also skilled in providing nutrition counseling for sports performance in both the collegiate and the everyday-athlete populations and is committed to helping people celebrate their bodies through movement and proper nutrition. Lisa believes in the words of Professor Ron Maughan that “a good diet will not make a mediocre athlete into a champion, but poor food choices can turn a potential champion into a mediocre athlete”
Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from the University of Connecticut. She then completed her dietetic internship and earned her Master’s Degree in Food and Nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Lisa is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and now resides in Durham. Her hobbies include hiking, recipe creation, weightlifting, running, and gardening.
Annelise is a Registered Dietitian with National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaching at our Raleigh location. Over the years, she has worked in corporate wellness, outpatient counseling, cardiac rehabilitation, community nutrition, and food banks & pantries. Annelise empowers her patients to take control of their health and prevent or reverse lifestyle related conditions such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and others.
Annelise is experienced in working with people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to make sustainable changes that improve their quality of life. Annelise knows that food, lifestyle, and health are very personal, so she is careful to take the time to connect with each of her patients and hear their story. Annelise has special training and experience in helping patients identify their motivators, strategize to overcome their barriers, and set realistic and achievable goals to be successful in both the short and long term.
Annelise’s love of food is what led her to the field of nutrition, so she makes it a priority that her patients are happy with their healthy eating plan and can find foods and meals they enjoy. She loves to discuss cooking techniques, recipes, and seasoning ideas, as well as ways to be creative in the kitchen.
Annelise holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. In her spare time, Annelise’s hobbies include cooking, weightlifting, rock climbing, camping and backpacking, playing guitar, and doing DIY projects around the house.
Hannah Libera is a registered dietitian and ACE-certified health coach who is enthusiastic about helping her clients achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle at our Raleigh location. Hannah’s interest in nutrition grew from her own personal experiences and interest in how food impacts health.
She strives to be a source of accountability and support for her clients and provide them with the tools to achieve success and sustain it long term. She is particularly interested in helping people eat healthy with their budget in mind. She enjoys working with busy adults and has a special interest in child and maternal health.
Hannah has worked in a variety of settings, but always with a focus on providing evidence-based information to help her clients improve their health, manage chronic conditions, change habits, and optimize nutritional status. Hannah believes an individualized and personal approach to counseling is the most appropriate way to serve her clients by facilitating modest lifestyle changes to bring about sought-after health goals.
Hannah holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Meredith College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Extension Education from North Carolina State University. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog, going to new local restaurants, getting outside to exercise, spending time with family and friends, and exploring her city.
Brooke is our wonderful office coordinator and administrator located at our Cary location. She is the friendly face that you will meet at the front of our operation and the person you will connect with initially when you call our office. She is willing and able to help you with all your enquiries.
As North Carolinian native, Brooke was born and raised in the Triangle, Brooke graduated from Apex High School and went on to obtain her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Office System Technology at Wake Technical Community College.
Brooke is personally invested in health and wellness, and has a passion for preparing healthy meals and experimenting with new healthy recipes. She has inspired other members of her family to pursue health and wellness as well, and readily shares her healthy lifestyle experiences with others.
Brooke lives with her husband Jim and two adorable dogs, Max and Noel in Fuquay-Varina. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley is our creative social media marketing coordinator responsible for all our social media and blog posts. In addition, she assists with office administration at our Cary location. She is therefore also a friendly voice on the other side of the phone and is happy to assist you in any way she can. Having graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising with a concentration in business, she’s taking her merchandising knowledge and applying it in ways she never would have before.
Ashley loves trying new things and has learned so much from being at Anne Till Consulting. She’s taken a new interest in exploring new foods and different ways to prepare them. “If it wasn’t for the wonderful dietitians at Anne Till Consulting, I would be a lot less knowledgeable than I am today. I am so glad I went outside of my comfort zone and became a part of the Anne Till team where I have grown so much and will continue to do so.”
Ashley resides outside of Raleigh and enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, making collages, and shopping from local businesses. When the weather is nice, she loves to be outside. She loves adventure and traveling to places she’s never been before.
Amanda is our friendly and efficient administrative coordinator at our Raleigh location. As a Michigan native, Amanda has made her home here in North Carolina. She loves working with people and making them feel important. She has strong organizational skills and enjoys envisioning new and effective ways to be more efficient and productive. Amanda finds her job very rewarding as it allows her to pair her interest in administration with her passion for people.
Amanda has always been interested in health and wellness, including researching and applying healthy eating habits. “Since becoming a part of the Anne Till Nutrition Group team, I have learned so much more about healthy eating and how it directly affects our quality of life. I am excited to continue to learn and be a part of helping others do the same.” She loves to cook for her family of seven, incorporating nutritious food. Amanda believes healthy can also mean delicious and loves knowing the meals she provides for her family are helping them be at their best.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, playing the guitar, cooking/baking from scratch, refurbishing furniture and going on little adventures with her family.
