She is a highly regarded dietitian with extensive experience working with individuals and organizations, helping them to achieve their nutrition and wellness goals. Avril is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 20 years of nutrition coaching experience. Her passion for improving the lives of her clients provides her with a sincere ability to listen to her clients’ needs while offering them goal-oriented, personalized guidance. Additionally, as an avid fitness enthusiast and with a background in personal training, Avril can combine her skills to provide comprehensive wellness and weight loss programs. Kaitie Yeoman, RD, LDN, CDCES

Located in our Cary, NC office

Kaitie Yeoman is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator who counsels groups and individuals to make meaningful behavior change to prevent or manage chronic health conditions like diabetes, insulin resistance, overweight/obesity, cancer, hypertension, and high cholesterol.

We are delighted to have Kaitie as part of our team in our Cary location. She is passionate about people and nutrition and helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals.  Her clinical training in diabetes education is an asset to our organization.

Kaitie believes in a holistic approach and nutrition as a part of greater lifestyle change to maintain good health. Kaitie has worked for years as a corporate health and wellness coach with a focus on chronic disease management and prevention, weight management, stress management, and tobacco cessation.  She has also worked with oncology patients and cancer survivors on food literacy and cooking skills, as well as managing good nutrition despite side effects following treatment.

Kaitie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College and completed her Dietetic Internship and graduate-level coursework in Clinical Nutrition at Saint Louis University. Kaitie is originally from North Mississippi and now resides in Durham. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, cooking, exploring grocery stores, and trying new restaurants and museums around the Triangle.  


Peggy Smith, RDN, LDN, CDCES

About Peggy

Peggy has 20 years of experience in nutrition and dietetics and a passion to increase awareness of living a healthier life with all her patients. Peggy enjoys working with individuals to discover new ways to meet their goals. Peggy is determined to show others how easy it can be to incorporate whole foods in the processed environment in which surrounds us. She enjoys cooking and often tries new recipes, despite her own busy schedule of working full time and being a wife and mother. Peggy has worked closely with people with diabetes; she is committed and compassionate about helping people cope with this chronic disease and learn the tools they need to help themselves.

Annelise knows that food, lifestyle, and health are very personal, so she is careful to take the time to connect with each of her patients and hear their story. Annelise’s love of food is what led her to the field of nutrition, so she makes it a priority that her patients are happy with their healthy eating plan and can find foods and meals they enjoy. She empowers her patients to take control of their health to prevent or reverse lifestyle related conditions and make sustainable changes that improve their quality of life in both the short and long term.

Sydney understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to a healthful life, and she is dedicated to helping others understand how to nourish their bodies on an individual level. Nikki is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes in the power of nutrition to change lives. With her warm personality and positive attitude, she creates a safe and non-judgment environment for patients. Nikki knows change can be hard which is why she works closely side-by-side with patients to meet them where they are in making realistic changes. She has a variety of experience working in the outpatient setting doing one-on-one nutrition counseling and teaching cooking classes. Her compassion shines through as she keeps an optimistic outlook to help guide patients to take control of their health and improve their quality of life. She is looking forward to working alongside patients being their “cheerleader”.

About Nicole

Nicole is a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who understands nutrition information can be very overwhelming. With her wealth of nutrition knowledge, Nicole enjoys providing individualized nutrition support that allows patients to go at their own pace. She believes making smaller changes at first can result in a more sustainable outcome and will work with you step-by-step to reach your nutrition goals. For the last two years, Nicole has extensive experience in helping adolescents with Anorexia, Bulimia Nervosa and ARFID but also has expertise that spans across a wide range of areas, including weight management, chronic disease prevention, and health promotion. Nicole is excited to work with patients and empower them to get back to enjoying a life they love.

Hallee Acquanita, MS, RDN, LDN, CDCES

Hallee is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist passionate about helping others understand how nutrition can empower one to manage their health. Hallee has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clients of all ages and conditions. During her dietetic internship, she volunteered at a camp for children with diabetes, and this experience was very influential on Hallee’s early career and led her to obtain specialized training and certifications in diabetes. Hallee uses evidence-based nutrition practices to meet clients where they are and help them feel their best. She enjoys the relationships and connections created from working one-on-one with clients and finds great joy in being a positive part of their lives. Hallee strongly values family and believes that providing education and guidance to one can have a profound impact on the health of generations. She is looking forward to walking with her clients on their journeys and celebrating their wins.

Brooke O’Brien

Brooke is our wonderful office coordinator and administrator located at our Cary location. She is the friendly face that you will meet at the front of our operation and the person you will connect with initially when you call our office. She is willing and able to help you with all your enquiries.
As North Carolinian native, Brooke was born and raised in the Triangle, Brooke graduated from Apex High School and went on to obtain her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Office System Technology at Wake Technical Community College.

Brooke is personally invested in health and wellness, and has a passion for preparing healthy meals and experimenting with new healthy recipes. She has inspired other members of her family to pursue health and wellness as well, and readily shares her healthy lifestyle experiences with others.

Brooke lives with her husband Jim and two adorable dogs, Max and Noel in Fuquay-Varina. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda Outland

Amanda is our friendly and efficient administrative coordinator at our Raleigh location. As a Michigan native, Amanda has made her home here in North Carolina. She loves working with people and making them feel important. She has strong organizational skills and enjoys envisioning new and effective ways to be more efficient and productive. Amanda finds her job very rewarding as it allows her to pair her interest in administration with her passion for people.

Amanda has always been interested in health and wellness, including researching and applying healthy eating habits. “Since becoming a part of the Anne Till Nutrition Group team, I have learned so much more about healthy eating and how it directly affects our quality of life. I am excited to continue to learn and be a part of helping others do the same.” She loves to cook for her family of seven, incorporating nutritious food. Amanda believes healthy can also mean delicious and loves knowing the meals she provides for her family are helping them be at their best.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, playing the guitar, cooking/baking from scratch, refurbishing furniture and going on little adventures with her family.
